FAQ

Here you can find the answers to some of the frequently asked questions. If you cant find the answer please feel free to contact me.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering is simple, if you go to the shop option you can find all the styles I create there. You can also search if you have seen something on social media.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT FABRIC YOU HAVE

I would by lying if I said all my fabric can be found on the website, but all my larger fabrics can.  They're located under the fabrics option and in stock page. I try and keep this as up to date as possible but during busy times there may be a delay. If for any reason your chosen fabric is no longer available I will contact you via whatever channel you have used in your booking (email or text).

I do have many fabrics that arent on the website, this is due to them being very small pieces possibly only big enough for one item.  If you cant see what you are looking for please contact me.

HOW DO I TELL YOU WHAT FABRIC I WOULD LIKE?

Where customisation is possible a box appears that says 'customise me' in here you put your fabric choice (each fabric has a name shown on the in stock fabric page but if unsure just describe it as best you can). If you would like different colour sleeves or a certain colour trim, or an age 2 waist on an age 3 trouser then please pop that all in the customise box.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE

My current turn around is 4-5 weeks, sometimes I am much quicker other times I'm just within.  I run this business along side my day job and the children.  If you need by a certain date or are concerned that you havent had your order yet please contact me.

WILL I KNOW WHEN ITS BEEN DISPATCHED

Yes all orders will be marked as fulfilled once dispatched and if you have provided a contact then you will receive a notification.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH THINGS ARE?

The quickest way to obtain a price is to find the item and size you want. All are the same regardless of fabric choice.

WHY IS POSTAGE HIGH ON LARGER ITEMS.

Unfortunately royal mail only cover up to £50 I infact cap it at £75 that I will risk sending in one package. If the items are lost it can take considerable time to get compensation from royal mail and replacements are expensive. However I have also capped it so you will never have to pay for more then 2 parcels no matter the cost.

HOW DO I WASH MY CLOTHES

Please take care when washing, clothing should be washed no higher then 30 degrees. Turn inside out to avoid any abrasive materials rubbing. Its advised not to wash with anything that could rub like Jean's, towels etc as these can affect the longevity of the colour.

Always iron on reverse and do not tumble as may shrink.

Colour changing fabric should not be lined dried in full sun otherwise it will loose its magic.
